Prevost calls for my 50DN to be set to charge at 27.7. My coach is a single alternator coach so my Li batteries see that charge voltage when driving.
However, Unlike most owners, if we are traveling, when we stop for the evening at a rest area my generator is running as soon as the engine is off, and my inverters are powered, meaning they are charging the Li batteries at 28.6 volts.
So if charging at a lower voltage when driving is not ideal, my habit of running the generator until bed time, or all night if necessary my Li batteries are always getting a full charge.
