Hey Jon, I feel your pain …
September 15th, 2024 – I began a search for a new bus too. I contacted four conversion companies asking them what I thought were basic questions about the different systems on their coaches, dimensions and tank volumes.
While three converters responded within the week, one told me a few “white lies” to get me interested in their company and NO ONE answered all of my questions.
They still haven’t.
Seriously, four converters who have youtube videos posted where they talk about their systems and volumes, gave me different numbers than they talk about in their videos. Only one could provide details of their house systems and no one could provide me dimension data. I had to contact Prevost, three times, and Prevost finally answered my dimension questions.
It turns out, I knew more about the coaches they were selling than their own sale people. My search began six months ago and I still do not have all my questions answered. They all must have lost my email address and phone number, because I have not heard from anyone in four months now.
Like you, I’m not begging someone to take my money, especially when they have little to no product knowledge. I’m supposed to trust people like that to repair my new coach and honor a warranty ?
Good thing my current coach is a keeper.
