I hear you my brother, there is a lot of stuff you can do, what i do know is there are many vehicles running up and down the highway with situations similar to yours and it is completely your call on how much you want to do. You can have Injector 1 looked at, but i would grab some spare filters of the correct micron rating and run that bus down the road, don’t let something like this ruin your Camping experiences. Remember as long as noone has monkeyed around or rerouted fuel lines from what the factory recommends your engine is safe.
