Some Featherlite’s were built with booster fans, some without. Mine doesn’t have a booster fan (wish it did).

Had my basement unit rebuilt at Featherlite in Fl (new compressors, new blower fan motors, new capacitors, new control board), Colman no longer makes the replacement unit. I installed the Micro-Air soft starts (requires 2, one for each compressor) and it makes a big difference, never exceeds 12 Amps during startup or run. Used to have almost 40Amp startup draw for the first in rush.

Considering installing a booster fan but not sure I am that ambitious LOL.
