we stopped at Marathon Florida for an estimate in April. we realized that nothing gets done right away, so we told them that we would drop the coach off when we return in the fall, and they could have all winter to complete the job, if needed. The technician came out, spent over an hour in our bus, took dimensions, discussed finishes, and he said he had all the information he needed to get us an estimate. He said he would send it to us shortly. This was not just a cheap inexpensive job to be done. we wanted both of our front chairs rebuilt and recovered, wanted the office cabinet enlarged, wanted the carpet in the front changed over to wood, wanted a flatscreen TV lift installed in the newly modified office desk, and the old TV area in the dash overhead modified with a door for additional storage. we have now waited almost 3 months with no response. we were hoping now that there has been some changes in personnel, that we would get better service than we have in the past, but I guess it’s just the same poor service as it always was. i am sure if we wanted to trade up to a new coach we would get better service.
