If it works for a Suburban from Lufkin it outta work for a pickup from Mckinney. Based on all the great responses and experiences everyone shared I’m going without a shield and see what happens. Blue Ox Aventa tow bar (10,000lb) and base plate on the way. Coach was already set up for M&G brake system so that’s next for the truck.

Check out the size of the numbers on the radio! Easy to read even without glasses. Too bad it’s AM and probably a tube type to boot.

Back in the old days when a radio was just a radio. It didn’t tell time, play XM, FM, MP3 (whatever that is), give routing instructions, show photos, store CDs to memory, or act as a back up camera.
Then again I remember when a phone was just a phone.

We purchased a Protecta-tow (http://protectatow.tripod.com) 2 years ago, and it has protected several of our tow dinghies like nothing else. The problem with bras on the cars was that they would invariably rub up on the car. John’s military so scratches and dings don’t mix well with him. 🙂 The protecta-tow is easy to use, stores well, and really does an amazing job.

Thanks, I reviewed the website and it looks like a good system. The storage looks much better than what I have seen and priced better too.

Country Coach only built 5, 2002 40 footers. Country Coach production #’s are 60455, 60460, 60461, 60465, 40469 ( POG rally, Las Vegas 2012), and 60475 if memory serves me right

Sorry to be so slow in responding. My coach has been away recuperating from an awning disaster. With your information I’m now debating whether that makes us more outdated or more unique but I’m going with unique. I take it from your post this was learned at a rally . I would be very interested if you have any other information. I was fortunate to see 2 of the others while searching for one to purchase. One with an individual in Indiana and one at Legacy Coach in Texas. Maybe I should set a goal to view the lot. Thanks very much for the information and your other posts I have read on the forums while trying to get some understanding of these wonderful machines.
