TN House Nearing Completion
We are nearing the completion of our “RV House” in Crossville. The driveway is being poured in sections and will total 8,000 square feet of concrete.
Just because Jon has a challenge getting in his garage, don’t think that all of Tennessee has that problem!! The Gardens RV Community, convenient to I-40, is setup for RVs and is a total custom build development. Only your wallet will limit your dream house design.
We hope to move in once the concrete sets up for 30 days.

Very nice, Les. Would you provide some insight into just how you managed to negotiate with the Mrs. to get the bus barn as large or larger than the house?? Never worked like that for me in the past. 😉
Crossville is a very nice area…we have several friends living in The Gardens. I’m sure you guys will love it.

Mike and Karen – We show dogs so having a garage for the RV is important to both of us. The house is 3,200 square feet as is the garage. However the garage also includes a dog grooming room and a workshop. The RV section of the garage is 70’x32′ with a 24′ wide by14′ high door. Our goal is to make frequent (sometimes weekly) trips as easy as possible.
Many times we will travel on Wednesday to a show site, show Thursday-Friday-Saturday-Sunday, then travel home on Monday. That leaves Tuesday to restock the coach to get ready to leave out again on Wednesday for the next set of shows…

The 45 foot Signature fits in the new garage nicely. Once the movers finish this weekend we will start unpacking. In a couple of months we may get serious about a 02-06 Marathon.

The Signature does “fit” in the new garage … but I think that a 02-06 Marathon would look really sharp in there and make the room “pop”! Nice job. I’m envious.
