Those engines have 2 inline fuses 1 on each head,most of the time just one blows but sometimes both blow ,and there should be a reset breaker some where close to the batteries,if the lights go out the DDEC has done the self diagnostics and telling you all is good with the ECM and sensors, there is no power reaching the injectors or you broke a blower shaft
