Mark, it was so cold down here in the Lone Star State that the politicians had their hands in their own pockets.

57 is good…50 degrees warmer than it is here right now!

I see Jon is hard at work. At least he shouldn’t work up a sweat today.

Al….When it comes to BBQ, it’s like debating predestination and other unfathomable issues. If we could get everyone to bring samples to BellaTerra in April, we could have a little Battle of the BBQ’s. As much as I like what we have here, it would be a real pleasure to come get a sample of yours. If western Carolina appears in your windshield, come by and stay a night or two and let me show you a sample of ours!

You might be on to something BTom. PC did a chile cook-off last year at OKC no rally for a Saturday lunch.

PC members reading there were cash prizes-real money everything changed. Bragging rights are important.

Great fun every entry (13) was different taste and spices.

One thing I’am seeing in travels at parties are wings…. BBQ grilled/oven baked /marinated / seasoned personal home made recipes.

    Jon,

Sorry the weather has been cool… the coolest days of the year in Houston are the first three weeks of January…..that’s about the only time the golf actually slows down….

Hope the food has been good ….with your hosts next door knowing the territory so well…. I’l always hang with Larry and Dianne now…remember that the flounder you ate today slept in the bay last night….

    Very best and safe travels..

The weather is a relative thing. This morning in Kemah it was cool. But when I looked at the temp back home it was 6 above. Can you guess where I would rather be?

Enjoyed the time we spent with you and Betty.

As for food, we have been eating so much I understand they are adding extra trucks to the deliveries.

At what level do you have to reach before you get all that plus the 18 karat license plate bracket.

Wait a minute, I just noticed from the PC plate picture that it appears to be nice shinny plastic, the one I begged for in Florida in April is cardboard.

    What the &%@*(

Hey is this like that Gensue ( not sure how you spell that) knife commercial on TV, buy two sets for $19.95 and PC will throw in a new Prevost coach.

    Reagan & Betty,

Just wanted to say we enjoyed our visit and dinner with you the other night, thanks for taking the time to drive to Kemah.

The weather has been cool but like Jon said much colder in Knoxville.

    Cheers,

    Larry & Diane
