First day of classes and a demo of a Detroit Series 60 engine from American Fleet, one of the sponsors.

I don’t know how this could have possibly happend but American Fleet donated the engine to PC to raffle off and damned if Jon didn’t win it. Go Figure !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Towing Seminar

If there is a choice of hook up which one is preferred ? I understand if front axle was damaged no choice but frame saddles.

Lets say we have a engine malfunction.

Without a doubt if there is a choice the wheel lift is the preferred method of lifting the coach for towing.

The frame method has an advantage for the operator in that it reduces the weight carried by the tow truck and allows for more weight on the tow truck steer axle, but the tow truck operator really has to know what he is doing.

Personally, I would have to be in really serious trouble before I was willing to allow a frame lift on my coach.
