Hard to see the bubbles over Jon’s head, but thought he was starting to dance to the Lennon Sisters’ music.

For all of you that left on Sunday, we decided to have one more day of fun. There was enough food left over to have another happy hour and meal. Fast Fred (Triple F) made a real nice hobo stew to go along with the left overs and we had a nice turn out.

Hi everyone, Gail and I really want to thank everyone at Oysterfest this week for making the two of us feel so welcome, it was a great time had by all. We made so many wonderful new friends, that I would like to say,for anyone thinking about joining, or attending a Prevost Community rally, please don’t hesitate. Also I would like to thank Tom and Jon for all the work they do making the community and the rallies work, I’m sure its a daunting task at best. Also Tom my slide seal wasn’t leaking either this morning.

It rained the night before we left and it poured heavily along the way home with our home area breaking all previous records for rainfall over a 24 hour period.

I did not know slides were supposed to leak. Mine did not.

Great rally, great seeing old friends and meeting new ones, and the smart asses who think Lawrence Welk is my favorite band leader…………bite me.

    Jon, I do not
appreciate your last comment with the four letter word (bite) .
    As I have
told you before and will stress once more:

    I can dish it out,… but I CAN’T TAKE IT !!! :o) :o) :o)

Seriously, I want to thank Andre and Ann Ducote and Mike and
Karen Davis for all the help cleaning up after our “Left Overs” dinner Sunday
    evening.
Also to Jon and Tom for this
site and for all the technical help that is allowing us to keep these complex
units on the road for our enjoyment.

    Remember that all the
fun we had was made possible by the advertisers, so thank them when you see
    them.
    To everyone hitting the road
    today, stay safe.

    Jim,

I saw you going by… you looked great. We had been at Bella Terra with the troops.

Behind you by about ten minutes, there were three new H3 – 45’s heading East…

    All looked great.

    Border Stew

    • 1
      Medium or Large Onion

    • 2 lbs.
      Ground beef

    • 1 Pkg. Old El Paso Original Taco Mix (2 pkgs if using McCormick)

    • 1 Pkg. Hidden Valley (Ranch) Dressing Mix

    • 3 Cans diced Mexican, Italian or Cajun Tomatoes

    • 1 Can Hominy (drained)

    • 1 Can Pinto Beans (drained)

    • 1 Can Red Kidney Beans (drained)

    • 1 Can Rotel Diced
Tomatoes and green chili (do not drain)

      1 Can Corn (drained)

Brown diced onion and ground beef add Taco and Hidden
Valley Ranch Dressing mix, then start adding the 3 cans of tomatoes and the
other ingredients. The beans are to be
drained and rinsed if desired. If the
mixture is too thick add 1 can of water.
This stew is usually better the next day, it give it time for all of the
spices to be absorbed. Warm and serve it
      is excellent with corn bread.

      Bon Appetite

Fred, we ended up getting some of the leftovers, and when we got home tonight, we heated some up and had it over rice, just to stretch it out. Boy, it was better the second time.

Thanks to all the attendees, and our fearless leaders. We had a great time. What a wonderful group.

Just a quick note to say thank you for such great hospitality. Everyone we met were great. The meetings were informative and to say the least spot on.

The discussion on the air dryers for your air system was in perfect time and probably saved us hundreds. The dryer cartridge on our coach was original equipment and had over 52000 miles on it.

Once again thanks for all your hsopitality and remember if you are down in the Port Aransas/ Rockport area give us a buz, shoot us an email or such!!!!

    Sincerely,

    Rick….

Please remember that you are let us know about accommodations after your review of the several city area…

I bet that after you leave your card with a lot of the RV managers, you will have a great review of current places that will be able to accept a Prevost…. and you willhave some recommendations of where not to stay…

    Howdy Gang!

Kristin and I wanted to say thank you for the great rally. We really enjoyed seeing all of our friends and making new friends at Bella Terra. Thank you Jon and Tom for all of your hard work and your B.S. that fuels the forum.

Sorry I have taken so long to post these photos, but 50% of everyone in my bus caught the flu when we arrived home and we are just now back kicking and screaming. So here are the photos. Please enjoy them. There are quite a few questionable characters in the following photos, do not be alarmed and don’t call the police.

If you did not stay for Sunday, you missed the party of the PC year !!!
