Hey Al, what is this about a rally. Forgive the no question mark. I am in Lake Titacaka in southeast Peru and this keyboard is all messed up.
But hey, it was my understanding this was a No Rally Rally so it is not possible to be the biggest PC rally as it is not one. Now if you want to start keeping records this one has to go down into the No Rally Rally column.
Looking forward to reconnecting with all our old friends and making some new ones too!

C’mon home Will… The No Rally Rally is going to be huge. We have some good stuff going to be happening on Saturday, more to follow.

Think of this “event” as a coincidental gathering of bus drivers who all just happened to select a particular date and place to park their buses so they could partake of some food that happens to be in abundant supply in the chosen location.
If it must have a name perhaps instead of “rally” which suggests some agenda, perhaps it could be called “Oysterfest”.

Looking forward to our first Prevost Community ‘no rally rally’ event. Originally, there was a small chance that we would have to cancel but that has been removed. We are coming to the Bella Terra!

Mark, I think I mentioned this before but I feel a need to remind you that as the owner of a new coach it is customary to provide all rally goers with a small gift. Perhaps his and hers Rolexes or diamond bracelets.
I wouldn’t kid you, would I?

I found a special on ‘Rol-a-dex’ watches and beautiful ‘cubic zirconia’ bracelets. I’m sure I’ll be the hit of the rally….. or boo’d out!
Nevertheless, it’s the thought that counts. 🙂

Our count now is 41 not counting 2 coaches Parliament will be bringing, so things are shaping up well.
It is a No Rally, Rally, but here’s an agenda, well sort of….
Friday
4:00 PM – Meet and Great at the club house for Wine, Beer & Soft Drinks.
5:00 PM – Papa John’s Pizza
Saturday
9:00 AM – Coffee & Doughnuts at the club house followed by Owners Round Table with Parliament. This will be an open format for sharing informaton, question & answer and may include USA Fuel in discussing algae, fuel polishing and Desl-Shok. Rudy Legett will also be there for your Aqua-Hot questions.This will end before noon and you’re on your own for lunch.
1:00 PM – Parliament and USA fuel will polish our very own Jon’s fuel tank for the beginning of a documented test period.
4:00 PM – Happy Hour at the club house, Beer, Wine, Soft Drinks or BYOB.
5:00 PM – Catered dinner with fresh shucked oysters, peel & eat shrimp, bbq chicken breast, baked potato salad, cole slaw, hush puppies, keylime pie, peach cobbler, banana pudding, tea and Lemonade
Sunday – On your own, have fun

There was a great deal of interest in informal discussion sessions so relatively new owners could have the opportunity to ask questions and learn a little more about their coaches from long term owners. especially those with their conversion. Converter specific questions always arise and this will present a great opportunity to get to meet and know others with the same conversion. Sunday moring is open so if there is an interest it might not be a bad idea for Saturday’s round table to be a general session, perhaps with a focus on the Prevost chassis, and then Sunday for those attending to split into converter specific groups to meet at someone’s coach or maybe a corner of the club house to get into questions and information relating to each conversion.

This is called “data mining,” and I am bringing my my hardhat, pick, and wheelbarrow.
BTW, I am considering bringing my trailer. The campground says there is a lot to drop the trailer…no trailers allowed on the campsite. Is anyone familiar with the confirguration of the drop lot? Is there plenty of room to maneuver? I only want to do this if it’s going to be easy.

If you do a Google earth view of the resort blown up to its greatest size (you likely can’t do this if you have an ipad or iphone) you can see what appears to be the trailer lot in the extreme south east corner of the resort.
You might need someone with a bumper hitch on their pickup or car to put the trailer in there. It does not look like you will swing the Prevost around in there easily BUT (that’s a big “but”) if there is a spot in line with the RV resort road it might end up being a straight back in shot.

Colt, when we were there in Oct. everyone was using their’s or others PU trks to move trailers in and out of the lot. Geo.
