Knowing I am tardy in providing an update to my thread in the Elecrtrical section entitled “Only half my 120volt system is working”, I tried to post that update this morning.
I used the revised search feature, found the thread, went to the bottom, and hit the Reply icon:

Why haven’t you selected a board? Maybe that is the problem.
I have had zero issues with reading, posting, replying or editing so my guess is the issue is at your end Dick.

Went back and tried again, worked. I guess all “it needed” was Jon to snarl.

Maybe you don’t Dick, but on certain (rare) occasions I may have expelled some flatulence. But being a Liberty owner however there is a fragrance of rose petals.

Jim /Chris, the saga of chasing buttons and log ins all over the page are almost 100% because we had to cater to the apple users and the dumb ass way apple makes us comply.
We have spent a lot of our web guru’s time and our dollars doing something that works real well on the rest of the world, only to get feedback that it is an issue with apple devices or Safari. So when you see something at the bottom today and then at the top tomorrow it is because it was inconvenient for apple users around whom the world seems to rotate. Can you guess this topic makes me a little grumpy?

Apple folks unite, we know what works best, so ignore that rambling from the Godfather, he wouldn’t know an Iphone or Ipad if it bit him on the ass. All of that hostility towards you Apple folks has come from a guy with a flip phone who loves Windozzz.
Our web guy hates Apple more than even Jon, no now my vote doesn’t count anymore and they pick on me all the time. It’s lonely here….

Tom, You can sure count on me to keep you feeling lonely! But Apple rules and not building for Apple products is like you having a slow dance with Nancy Pelosi, Tom… It’s just so wrong on so many levels!

Notice that Tom did not disagree with my assertion about how much grief we had trying to make the site work easily with Apple products or how much more we spent trying to make something that was easily accomplished on the windows stuff also work on the rotten apples.
I think there are still some unresolved issues with the apple use of the site and what mr Apple Tom failed to mention was one of the web guys is nothing but an apple user and despite his efforts we could not make some stuff work.
I can’t wait to get in line for the newest apple phone. NOT!
