New Member at the Tampa Prevost Motorhome Expo
Greetings All,
I have just joined Prevost community and am looking forward to getting to know some of the folks I’ve read about on this forum.
For years I have dreamt of the day I might be able to join the ranks of folks who travel the country in a Prevost coach.
Now that my wife and I find ourselves in a position to begin this journey, I’m scared to death to take the plunge because after lurking around some of the Prevost forums I realize there is so much to know it’s a bit intimidating. We’ve never owned a coach and odds are once we purchase one it will be the last one we’ll own. We’ve decided to fly down to Tampa for the Prevost Motorhome Expo (Jan 16-17) with the express purpose of meeting some folks who own these complex machines to garner some real world advice on the do’s and don’ts of purchasing/owning a Prevost. To that end I’ve attached a photo of me and my wife Maxine. If you’re going to the Tampa show and see us wandering around, please say hi and introduce yourselves. We’re looking forward to talking to folks other than salespeople. ;^)

Wow, this thread went astray.
LQ, look forward to meeting you on the 16th. As you can see we enjoy picking on each other. You will like it here. We all really enjoy helping other spend their money, so expect a lot of suggestions on how to lighten your wallet from this group. It is amazing how much knowledge is stored in the brains of these 2500+ members. No such thing as a dumb question. Use the search function and you can learn a lot. Again, Welcome!

PC members need to wear something at the Tampa show where we can recognize each other if we have not met before. I would wear a ribbon in my hair, but I don’t have enough hair. Any ideas?

Advise Maxine that she should wear some shoes that are easy on and easy off since you will required to remove your shoes when entering the show coaches. IE, sandals, flop flops, etc. Plus, you might want to turn on your email on the site.

if you all end up wearing a “pc” indicator – would It be considered too “pc”
