I hate to sound ambivalent, but we are looking at ’99 XLs thru ’02 H’s. We hope to have her purchased by end of Janurary or sooner, but certainly could pull the plug sooner if the right coach came along. I’m sure you have a great coach, but we’re probably looking for one a couple years newer.

Geo, we don’t have Natalie’s call schedule Yet, but are interested. Do they still make you stay a week minimum? That’s a deal killer for us .

Karl, that’s the new owners and I think just for Seafood Fest….will know more early this week. That would be a deal killer for everyone.

We are getting the weekly rate, but only paying for the days we needed, so no weekly minimum.

OK guys and girls, Everglade Isle Mini-Rally is set for Jan 29-31 2016. Ten sites together are being held, after that any additonal may not be in the same area. The rate w/PC discount is 110 waterfront and 105 behind. You must make your own reservation and tell them it’s for PC min-rally 239 217 3001 ask for Mark. We know of five already booked so don’t dwadle as it’s first come first served. We hope this becomes an annual trek. We have reserved the pool bar and grill area for our functions. If you wish to participate in a stone crab boil, please contact Corey 941 779 4748.

Make a note: Made res for lot 20 and daily rate is $130. a nite plus taxes. Apparently there are some for less. Supposidly now am told that 20 is premium ????????? Staying put. In for the crab.

Richard, did you ask for your PC discount ? that doesn’t sound right. Waterfront is 110 w/discount. We like the inland side because of noise from air boats. 105 w/discount. Geo.
