    I agree with Jon! Fuel filter wouldn’t cause the turbo not to work.

    And like Tom, Mine had been replaced under the recall also..

    The new one was different then the one I removed, so they must have changed the design again…

    Use an ohm meter and test the pins on the harness. Easy enough to do.

    That’s how I found mine was bad. I had replaced the sensor first and that didn’t fix it, so I tested the harness and found there was no continuity from end to end on one of the pins.
