Level Low Part numbers
I wanted to get a spare solenoid for the level low manifold and a rebuild fit for the values. Prevost parts just told me the only part number now listed is for the enrire assembly for a pricy sum.
I’m not buying it.
Does anyone have the 24 volt solenoid part number and or o-ring kit for the manifold? I’d like a cross check.

If a visit to the Norgren web site does not yield a part number and a source for the individual parts, such as the coil, valve, etc, then an option is to contact shops such as the converters or the service shops to see if you can buy tthe parts from them.
I may be able to get the Norgren part numbers when I get home Saturday, but you need to remind me. I have CRS.

The last number I had was the coil 641107 and the valve 641353.
Surely they don’t expect everyone to buy the whole 5 port manifold.

Keep in mind they are Prevost part numbers. If they will not sell individual parts I will still try to find the Norgren part numbers.

I exhausted my efforts a few years ago working with Norgren to obtain the Norgren numbers, but no go. The part numbers from Prevost are proprietary and Norgren wouldn’t budge.

If you have the 4 stack arrangement like mine the 641107 apparently has been updated to 641929.
I just ordered the 641107 as a spare and they sent me the 641929. It showed the old # on the invoice @ 0, and shipped 641929. I have not had time to see if they are correct. Price: $35.60 each

i had no luck last night on the Norgren site. Will check these part numbers out.
I have practically no luck using the Prevost parts catalog either, even after a personal tutorial from Robert Hitt in Branson. most confusing database I’ve ever seen or worked with. I always call to confirm the part numbers. And got the story to buy the entire manifold.
I have been able to cross over the 3 port and 5 port Norgren valves to their standard catalog numbers at a fair savings. It took reading a number of cut sheets but I have changed mine.

Can you post the Norgren numbers for the 3 and 5 ports? Also, where do you get the rebuild kits?

order from Norgren direct. Based on the condition of mine I would not try and rebuild them. Throw them out.

I take it you just re-used your valves and coils from the old bodies? Or do you happen to have those part numbers as well?

The 5 port valves are air piloted. The 3 port valves are air and spring actuated. There are no coils on these valves.
pilot air is controlled by the 5 port manifold valves. The manifold, valves and coils are also Norgren, but I don’t know of anyone ( unless Jon has recently) who has crossed referenced the Prevost part numbers To Norgren part numbers. Those need to come from Prevost.

FYI:Prevost only carries the 24V – but for those of us with my vintage Liberty Classic, we need the 12V as well.
Just ordered a couple of the 12V solenoid coils from Norgren as spares.

Just to clarify in case any Liberty owners intend to order spares, the 12 volt Liberty coaches use 12 and 24 volt coils on the solenoid valve manifold. However the 24 volt Liberty uses all 24 volt coils.
Check the coil voltage listed on the coil if there are any questions.

Has anyone used the Norgren part #’s Joe posted to buy the 5 port and 3 port valves direct and installed them. Just wandering if they really work as a replacement for the Prevost part #. They look ok and I need to install two of each but want to make sure they will work before I order them. Norgren’s direct price is much better than Prevost.
