Posted by Tradewinds Coach & Marine on April 13, 2015 at 7:48 pm

We are swapping out this beautiful jacuzzi tub for a full-size custom Corian shower. Excited to see how this one turns out!

Don’t see many tubs in the buses, is that special order or an option?

With the amount of room the tub took you could pick up extra room to install a small closet.

    Just thinking.

    Is that an 06 Parliment?

The bacteria that are in those pipes will be scary. Unless the owner used clorox on a regular basis, you wouldn’t believe what can come out of those jets.

The new thing now are the air only jacuzzi tubs (had two installed) in the S and B. Only air is forced through the jets (no water). Once the water is drained from the tub, the system comes back on to dry out the pipes. These were invented for hospitals.

A shower is a good thing.

Great job….we looked pretty hard at that bus before Lon got it. sometimes think we should have moved on it. Snooze you lose. If we had, we’d be doing the same thing.

I think the update llooks fantastic, however since the original tub had a shower what is the downside to leaving it? At least with the original there was the option of having either a bath or shower.

I looked at this bus and the upside is that us older folk don’t have to step over the tub plus, the large footprint already there makes for a very nice size shower. Geo.

I thought you older folk needed to sit down in a tub because your balance was so bad you couldn’t stand in the shower.

Just thinking of your safety Geo.

Our shower is the sme size as yours, making it impossible to fall down. Therefore….very safe. Geo.
