Keep a log of what the start time was, and the end time, and what was being done. Compare that with your bill. If there is a discrepancy in what was summarized on the invoice question it. Prevost has always shown to be fair and if they overbilled or did not perform a service listed they will not hesitate to amend the invoice.

In the 11.5 years we had the Liberty, we visited a Prevost service center once, that being Saint Nicolas. From that experience, I can vouch for the abundant fairness of Prevost in their billing practices. That being said, it was the biggest bill I ever had.

Over the years my service at Prevost required a labor adjustment on almost every invoice. I kept accurate times and never left the bus. They always made the adjustment, I kind of expected it going forward each time for service.

My experience mirrors each of yours. That is one reason I drove 80 miles one way through Houston traffic every day they were working on my coach, even if it was only for a few minutes of work.
Number one, I always learn something when I watch someone work on my coach. I have much to learn and enjoyed what I learned about the inside of a diesel engine through this process. Number two, with Prevost they will usually need a little correction in the bill vs reality department.

I just heard back from Prevost Houston and the final bill is completely in line with their original estimate. I appreciate their integrity and thoughtful consideration of my viewpoint.
