    I removed the belt guard from my Kohler gen set. It kept coming loose, and was a hassle. I now can see the belt anytime I open the bay. i suspect it runs cooler too…

    810 hours on mine. 65,000 miles on coach. Went into service when I bought the coach new in October 2009.
