I tried to look for a lock, but can’t find one other than the one on the rearmost door, and that locks anytime the door is closed.

Per, you are correct about under the coach procedure if there is room…my coach had couple electrical boxes installed that blocked the view and access to the lever. From under, with flash light I could not see too much, was hitting the bracket next to the lever…so going forward, the lever will be marked with tape or paint easy to spot from under the coach if needed… I will also add a bushing to the lever so if needed to open in the future the rod will not slide …

For the door being locked(I always thought is part of the auto lock feature, …wrong – it is lock /unlock with the key only…)unfortunately at this point in time we need to store our coach on RV city lot, where there are lots of curious “trailers owners”characters…you never know…I do have video cameras around the coach, but trying to avoid issues…yeah…sorry we bought the before we have/build the garage / barn…I guess kids college takes priority.

So for the fix….got with a locksmith , he suggested WD40 for couple hrs, I did, went back, gentle pounded the handle and around it while trying the key…and voila….lock opened….

Took everything apart on this lock, cleaned, lubed, lubed all locks, also ordered a new cylinder lock(PS 7 since PS 5 is obsolete)….to replace the aged one…

Should be good for now, thanks everyone for your prompt input….

Per, the small one does, but the side engine door does not. I will check to see if it does with key pad or interior bay lock buttons. Geo.

Ah, now I see…if the lock cyl is left unlocked that door won’t lock with the rest. Probably a good thing as it’s a lot easier to get to the latch then the lock. Geo.
