We stayed at Railside Rv in williams on 2 occasions. Simple, clean, and accomodating folks. TAmra, delivered us to the rail station and picked us up on the return. Would stay again, but I have probably seen all the canyon i want.
The Train ride was ok but will require the patience of Job by the end of the day! If you have an occasion to need Prevost or DD parts their is a Williams truck equipment in Flagstaff Az- not too far from Williams AZ.

Anyone have a recommendation for RV resort or campground in the Lake Havasu, Az area? Thanks in advance

Many people fail to realize that the north rim has an RV park and cabins that you can stay in if you like. The lodge is awesome and the views from the north to the south are so different. Food is terrific and it doesn’t usually open until May, still snow until that time. If you want to partake in the north rim be sure to make early reservations it fills fast. Every night the National Park Service gives lectures about wildlife, the development of the Grand Canyon. Michael
