I am currently in touch with Garmin about a special PC group buy for these. Garmin RV 785
Just by a raise of hands how many might be interested if the price is right? Garmin does other models but this is the only one with a built in dash cam. The others would qualify for a group buy.

Ok the more we get the more I will push them on the price. They are pretty strict about advertised pricing, but this is kind of a different deal. A good friend of mine is a dealer and is dealing with them direct.
Pass the word and let’s see if we can get to 20 or so units. Wherever we are next week I will get us a price and have details on ordering.

In case you are not familiar, Garmin is the largest source of aviation electronics. Standard equipment in several new planes. Based on thier size and volume, 20 units probably doesn’t excite them much.

As I said I have already spoke to them. Already been quoted a price that I am sure will make sense.The issue is what I will be aloud to advertise. If you notice you never see current Garmin products advertised much or at all under list price.
Garmin really has come along way in the last few years. I have a watch and my favorite is the bike computer with rear radar. The radar alerts you to cars coming behind you. Truly amazing and life saving technology. If you cycle, have an eBike or even a golf cart I would highly recommend. Garmin Radar I use the 1030 and the Varia Radar. Works great!
I do not work for Garmin. My friend does sell the product, but as you stated the volume that he does with them 20 units means very little to him. My only reason for making this offer is that I wanted to give back a little something to our members.

Ok we have final pricing that will be announced in next weeks Newsletter. It will be over $100 off the suggested $499 retail price!!! No one anywhere will have this pricing. Garmin is going to run the promotion for us, for 30 days. They do have a limited amount set aside just for us so order early and we will not have a supply issue. The Newsletter will have an order form and we will also post a link on the Home Page and probably the forum.
Garmin was great to deal with and we hope to have more promotions like this in the future:) As I have said the bike computer with rear radar is one of the best things I have bought in a long time. It beeps, the screen turns red and it shows you in real time cars coming up behind you. It adds so much to the safety aspect. I am not a golfer, but a lot of friends of mine talk about how great that stuff is as well.
