Fuel Discount Program Information
Good Morning Prevost,
Hope you all had a great weekend.
Some questions have come up regarding receipts from the stops.
You are emailed receipts/invoices by the end of the next business day after the card is used. These invoice/receipts have the following details:
Date and time, Truckstop used, Location, Gallons, Pump Price, Discount, Your Price, Pump Charges, Your Charges, Your Savings, Transaction Fee, Total Charges, Any credits that have been applied, Invoice Total, and my contact information.
If you have not received a receipt for use please let me know right away, the information is sent to the email that you provide on the application.
Also, we do now have the online application getting ready to go. I am working on having the process all set in the next couple of days. As soon as I do I will post and let you all know.

Good Afternoon Prevost,
Great News!!!!!! The online application for the fuel card program is now available. This form is absolutely secure and once you fill it out it comes directly to me for processing.

That’s good news folks, you now don’t have to complete and fax the application, all done by online secure means.

The card works great! I’ve used it a couple of times already. No issues at all.

After a “tour” of sorts, our “Cards” have arrived. I will call Alicia in the a.m. to “fire ’em up”. Bus is ready. but this “work thing” is getting in the way again.

What am I missing here Jon. Do I click on the blue box, enter my vin info and they send me a link?

Bernie,
Click on the blue fuel discount program box and enter the information asked regarding your VIN. When you submit that form the next page provides some additional information and you can proceed from there.
Easy to follow. Print them out if you want. The last four digits of your VIN are part of your security. The VIN is required to limit who has access to the program and it is not shared or available to anyone.

At the top of the main forum page is the button for the fuel program. While you are at it take advantage of the NAPA fleet program also.
You have to be logged in to see the buttons.
