    The notable exception from your list is the ride height valves. They only have pressure with the key on, otherwise the 5 port Norgren is closed. May be leaking at the stem or on the supply side and not on the air bag side.

    I know you guys are old and slow so I will hold your hands and help you understand you are repeating something Roger has already checked out.

    On 12/19 at 3:51 PM I asked Roger to drive the coach with the suspension controls in the manual position because that shifts the air supply out of the ride height valves and locks it in the air bags. Unless he pushes the switch to add or deplete air in the air bags he has no air flow anywhere related to the suspension including the ride height valves.

    But just to be even more specific, if the ride height valves were the issue they are active even with the bus running and sitting still but to be sure Roger did use the Liberty suspension control switch to take them out of the equation while driving and his post follwiing mine confirmed they are not the problem.

    Unless some other information becomes available I can only guess when the Liberty solenoid valve and Versa valve were removed and the system changed to reflect that there is something about that modification that is a contributor to this problem.

    Jon, i put a new Versa valve & Watts filter in a 6 weeks ago. Exact same part numbers & configuration Liberty originally installed. No design modifications to this or any other part of the air system prior to observing this high cycle rate.

    Today i drove several hours in the manual level low position to again reassure Tom that this does not solve the problem. The cycling time does change from 1 min to 3 min when the fast acting road leveling valves are isolated. But once the coach stops rolling that cycle time is 20-30 min, closer to normal.

    Joe, the leveling valves along with many other under chassis components where soap & ultrasonic checked several times.

    Place a go pro camera under by dryer then try in steer compartment and listen for air leak

    I’m out of ideas. My coach is the first I had with the fast acting ride height valves and I am always scanning my gauges. I know the fast acting valves consume more air than the previous Haldex time delay ride height valves, but as long as I am on smooth roads my 3 gauges tend to sit at 120 for extended periods.

    Since you have IFS you have ping tanks and fast acting ride height valves. I do not know why Prevost engineers made the change but I presume the added air bag volume via ping tanks was the factor that caused the change.

    Your gauge performance is what i would consider normal. Same as my previous coach. Volume for the air spring will improve the ride.

    Just to throw this out there. Have you replaced your compressor’s air Governor
