Dale has a Country Coach. My charging system is the same as yours. My point is all battery manufacturers call for charging to start with the higher voltages of the bulk and absorption rates and then go to float.
Unless our voltage regulators are set to a higher voltage than the typical rate as listed in the Prevost shop manual house batteries only charged by driving aren’t going to see the voltages the manufacturers specify. Even the current vintages of cars have their electrical systems set up to initially charge at up to 15 volts.
