Buying Michelins from Prevost using PC discount
Has anyone bought Michelin tires from a Prevost service center using the Prevost Community discount program?
I registered my card with Michelin, I found the tires, but Prevost service is not familiar with the program.

Prevost told me they can get you the tires but do not use or allow any discount buying outside vendor.

Michelin had told me “any” Michelin dealer, and as Prevost sells Michelins, I thought that would apply to them.
Does anyone know what is the percentage off with the PC discount?

I pursched a set 315 early this year discount using mitchlen was tax about 10 percent

Prevost has reasonably competitive pricing on their tires at the service center, (XZA2 Energy) and will sell just the tires without installation. But discounts don’t apply.

Replaced all tires on the coach this spring, 4×365 and 4×315 at Prevost /Orlando.
Prevost do not honor the Michelin program discount…all tires were available for installation.

Anyone use Toyo? I have new Michelin XZA on the front, but was thinking of using Toyo on the rear. Looks like I could get them for $583 each.

I have Firestone FS400’s all around very smooth running.

I have Bridgestone ST 230 and they are smooth riding.
Bridge stone is owned by Michelin and supposedly made in same plant as some Michelin products.

I bought my tires through the NTCS and here’s why.
Hands down, they had the best price for the Michelin X-line energy tires. Plus for $20. a tire a 3 year non-prorated tire protection policy. Dave and Wendy were very responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with.
I would definitely recommend NTCS.
