Belated Birthday
Both Tom and I apparently forgot Prevost community went live, on line on the 11th of December 2011, five short years ago. To say our growth has been amazing is incredible. We stand just shy of 2800 members and continue to add new members almost daily.
Thanks to all of you for making this site what it is today.

Also sending Happy Birthday wishes to the Prevost Community website. This site was instrumental in our purchase of a Prevost.
I’m sure John received his commission by persuading us towards a Liberty… Ha ha!
I have learned so much from this site and still learn everyday.

I was in a bind and grasping for bus help when Bob Glines sent me here on January 2, 2012, about three weeks after Prevost Community started. You all have been helping me with bus answers ever since! Thank you a great big bunch!

Congratulations & Happy Birthday!! As others have expressed, you guys and the Community have made our bus ownership a great deal more of an adventure (albeit an expensive one) than a PITA. We appreciate not only the information that is so generously shared, but having met some truely wonderful folks along the way.

To answer George’s question above I can say for sure I never imagined PC would be where it is today.
All we wanted to do was to see the re-creation of Prevost Stuff in the original model that was started by Grizz. We wanted a common meeting place for all Prevost enthusiasts regardless of which Prevost group or club they belonged to. The intent was to pull all of us together on a common site so we had more of a “voice”.
We felt strongly that having a site to supplement the enthusiast’s club or group would allow us as owners to get benefits we could not get without large numbers. There was and are so many groups we were fragmented and missing opportunities to get benefits we can now collectively enjoy.
I can’t speak for Tom, but I was amazed when we passed 500 members. As we continue to grow I can say for sure our growth has been far beyond anything ever imagined.

I would be remiss if I did not point out one thing that makes me very proud. As a group members of this site have been universally polite and with only a couple of exceptions have observed our policy of avoiding hot topic discussions or inappropriate forum posts, have been respectful of one another and have kept the site free of rancor.

WOW! 5 years already. Happy Birthday indeed. It is nice to have a place to share knowledge and bust chops at the same time.
And the best part is that there is no censor, like over at you know where.
And oh yeah…the dues are less too….everyone likes that.

Congrads on your mile stone guys with this website. I also remember the over 500 sign ups which seemed to be an unreachable when started.
One posting subject thread has been of special interest to all members. 100’s of daily visits give many members an extra comfort level of help. The emergency help thread added has probably been the single item to all Prevost owners when mechanical / electrical don’t work as planed.
After getting a phone call at my home about 9:30 one night in Kansas City. A PC member had an air leak problem which ended his traveling at an exit ramp in KC. A few phone calls later help was arranged from a local roadside service truck in KC the following morning.
Great addition guy’s….Home run on that idea.
