  Gen Cooling Fans

  How do you access the cooling fans for the generator they are behind the gen and the battery bay in the center of the bus 1996 marathon. Thanks Murph

  On our 1990 Marathon there is a small hatch behind the generator (under the insulation) that allows access when the generator is slid forward. Even with the generator removed, it is next to impossible unless one is a very thin contortionist…

  Thanks I think I am ok was running it today with the door open. It shut down on over heat. top off fluid and run with bay door closed never went over 170. Thanks again

  On our 1999 Marathon we access the fans and radiator in the center of the bus from the first passenger bay by removing a large panel. The radiator is mounted at an angle with two electric fans.
