  • Renegade at ETLC

Oh no! I just saw a pic of Tom’s new Renegade stuck up on Jeff’s lift at ETLC. Something about not letting Tom down until he makes reparations for a dump station mishap at Jeff’s a couple of years ago. Looks like it’s been on the lift for a few days. Hang in there Jeff! Maybe Buddy knows something?

Just when you think you can hide in place someone rats you out.

At first I knew I was in a hostile environment because I set on the street not able to get the proprietor to open the electric gate. Then I was told to park out in the stones and there would be no power. So on the 2nd day I was finally allowed on the lift, there were Jeep modifications going on in the bay and that was the priority. I was then given a wrench and a rag and told knock yourself out, the clock is running for the lift rental time.

But I did see a Liberty slide seal being replaced (after which I reread my coach warranty page and smiled) and missed Jeff falling off a ladder, an event described by his loyal employee’s as we think he broke his ass and he’s meaner than a snake at the moment.

So Doug ratted me out and I set the stage for his future visit to Jeff’s who is now a Renegade authorized service center. Please pass on to all your Renegade buddies ETLC is the go to place.

Boots are no longer good protection there at ETLC, I’m going to go get a new pair of chest waders and FedX to Tom next day air.

    He will need help.

No discount anymore, Jeff already has Li batteries and a pressure pro so he doesn’t need SOB owner harassing him.

At one of my visits at the Marathon factory with a dear friend of mine owning a beautiful 45′ Renegade Classic the Marathon sales man ( I won’t mention names..) kept referring to the Renegade as “..well it’s a truck”.

Obviously, long after visiting Marathon we see each other many times at the track and I still refer to this and even gave him a “truck” parking spot, the key chain wallet and a truckers hat…..All good times!
