  • Outstanding Customer Service

Posted by Larry on March 9, 2015 at 10:07 pm

We just finished the delivery of a 2001 Marahon H3 45 non slide from California Coach.

Steve Bennett is First Class ! He worked tirelessly before as well as after the sale to ensure we understood the Bus and addressed all of our concerns.

I don’t think you can top Steve for integrity , work ethic and pride in what he does for his customers.

Welcome Larry and Teddy Bear to PC and Marathon ownership.

We here at PC are picking up many Marathon HS-45’s around the 1999-2000 years. This will give all of us good back up information on like components.

If on the rare chance something or a part on Marathon bus would have a malfunction we’ll have plenty of support.

We will need lots of support as none of us can get Electrical drawings from Marathon for the house part of the coach. Sure is a handicap if you live far from a service center.

Had a nice surprise today, Boater Al stopped by to check out the new Bus. He inspected the bus and gave it a thumbs up. Then we chatted about what a great experience buying from Steve Bennett had been.

Those of you that don’t know Al, he is a good guy, even invited us to stop by his place in KC for free full hookup as well a the use of his DI water to wash the bus. The topper was if I can give him a few days notice, he will reroute the local Taco Truck to bus durning our stay. Tom, guess you got the same treatment didn’t you?

I’ve had the pleasure of BA’s accommodations on several occasions and it’s first class. The only downside is when he offers to help you wash your bus, be aware of actual performance. He will graciously offer you his DI Water, but his help comes in the form of sitting in a lawn chair, shaded, sipping on something cold while barking orders at you for missing a spot.

I would have to add my recommendation for Steve. I had him sell my Marathon and felt he did an A-1 job, both for me and the buyer.

    Roger,

Stop in when passing through Kansas city. We are 15 miles south of the intersection of I-35 and I-70.

Full hook-up, DI water and noon time Taco Truck.
