zip dee awning parts?
need to get a couple zip dee awning parts, and wondering if there is a good source outside of zip dee directly?
also, how do you determine model of awning? its for the big awning, manual style. zip dee awning book has UC5 in the book, but cant find anything on the awning or online that i can figure out model number.
looking for the rafter arm that connects to the boom as well as a couple spring knobs.

thanks, seems my findings where validated. will given them a call in the morning and get the parts i need for repairs.

new rafter arms came in today. ZipDee’s prices were reasonable and service excellent. turns out i would have needed to go direct anyways. they need to custom bend the rafter arms for the XL manual awnings.
installation was okay. ZipDee gave me some good pointers on how to deal with the tension spring on the rear of the boom. once i released just a minor pressure the mounting screw came right out and everything went back together perfect.
one signle 25+ mph guest was all that was needed to bend the rafter arms 🙁 but the 70 degree weather made it perfect for repairing 🙂
