Is it just me or…
Is it just me or is this site getting a lot more busy? It
use to be I could check in once a day but now I find myself doing that three
times a day. Jon and Tom have done a great job getting new traffic onto this
site. I like the way they keep us on the right track too i.e.: making sure we
post the correct info! I can’t remember how long it’s been since this site
went up but you guys are doing a great job! Great posts all around too.You are doing something that few could pull off!

Nope, it is not you. This site is geting busier. One reason may be that POG is so useless these days that people who want information are coming here where they can get it. Jon & Tom are doing a wonderful job, and the information available here is first rate.

ditto on that thought, It certainly seems like the posts have increased. The information found on this site is amazing and informative. It certainly makes a complex topic easier to understand. I think a lot of people are overwhelmed by the Prevost system. But when you follow this site you certainly get a more comfortable feeling of persueing this interest.
My original sense was that Prevost would be to cost prohibitive and more than we would want to handle, but after following this forum, and seeing the great group of people involved, I think Prevost will be the end result.

We usually do not share specific data and unfortunately the site we used to get detailed data that we could evaluate has gone down but in the short 18 months of our existence one key metric we tracked was the number of unique visitors per day. That was important to us because we don’t want someone who jumps in here to check posts 10 times a day counted as 10 visitors. That number of unique visitors has risen with every month to the point where even Tom and I cannot believe how many people come here. We do everything we can to keep the numbers accurate but we are still amazed at the activity.
Last month we started seeing a very steep climb and at the end of the month we saw a 20% increase over the previous month which indicates a tremendous leap in activity which we can sense from our administrative activities. Our membership since we started has now gone well past 500 and while that is a neat number the truth is we know far more than that number visit the site on average. Remember folks do not have to become members. There is nothing an unregistered guest cannot see or do on the site except post. And we know a lot of visitors and members will never post.
We appreciate the kudos and we will continue to try to make this site even better. We have some neat stuff in the works.
The success of this site however can be attributed to you members. Your posts whether asking questions or sharing information contribute greatly to the quality of the forum. All Tom and I try to do is try to strive for accuracy. The one thing everyone needs to give themselves a pat on the back for is how well members conduct themselves. With the exception of a couple of offshore hackers that made it past our screening we have not had to delete any posts or censor anyone’s comments because the posts have shown you members to be polite, informative, accurate, and respectful. Thank all of you.

Jon and I got this thing cranked up, but the credit goes to all of you and your participation and support. It’s growing like crazy and we’re working hard to keep it all running smooth. What no one see’s is the hundreds of folks daily that read all this and are not registered members. I think what happens is folks get comfortable with the site and people, then the next thing you know they’re signed up and posting. That’s great and hopefully will crank out more Prevost owners and information to share.
So, well done boy’s and girl’s, let’s keep it growing…

Folks, my read on this site is it is populated with caring and sharing people. It doesn’t get any better than that.
