Looking for XLII right front mud flap
looking to buy a XLII right front side mud flap… any suggestions or leads appreciated… mine seems to have departed somewhere on I-10 between here and Houston…

NAPA sells mud flaps …. I’am sure everyone has seen them with the yellow brand symbol,
Find a NAPA flap that your new piece can be cut out without any yellow. NAPA stores have many flaps in size and thickness, depending on there stocking inventory.
Remove same as flap on other side so you have a pattern.
Look over the inventory of flaps. Pick out a piece appox same thickness.
Material can be cut with a metal scissor, fine tooth saw, sharp thick knife …goes pretty slow but workable.
After a couple of bus travels on rain highways …match will be perfect.

If I understand your description correctly, I found a part number listed in the current Prevost Parts manual “SPLASH GUARD / BEHIND FRONT AXLE 9″ X 22″” for VIN’s From Y-7046 Up to 8-9339.
Maybe…just maybe.

As Al describes you can make your own inexpensively, but you are going to lack the bling of the polished stainless steel trim.
To do the complete job you can buy the entire flap and trim assembly from Liberty and probably pay serious money, or do as Al suggests as a start on the replacement, but add the finishing touches by going to a truck accessory shop such as at the link below to get the bling. You might want to do both front flaps so they match.
My guess is you could do both fronts, both tags and still be cheaper than buying the flap with the stainless steel trim from the converter.
