OTR Condensor Fan
Hello
Would anyone have a source for either a complete wheel fan assy or an individual fan blade for the Cooling fan on the curbside condensor radiator, was originaly manufactured by Carrier, who sold out to MCC, now obsolete from Prevost and no response from MCC.
I lost one blade from one of the 2 fans causing imbalance, i have removed a further 2 blades to get it balanced again and the unit is serviceable but im guessing it will be down on efficiency.
I have spoken with Lamar at Welch Industries but he hasn’t seen one of these wheel fans in years !

A bus junkyard would be my guess if Prevost or any one else can’t find one.
On a lot of vintage bus websites such as BCM and BNO there are folks that buy old seated coaches, pull out the OTR and convert them into motor homes. It might be worth joining them and posting your need.

Thought i would just update this thread, when i posted looking for a condenser fan blade, Jon advised me to check with the bus convertor sites, well he was right, today i found a guy only 11 miles from me that was advertising OTR parts for Sale, all items removed 2 months ago from a 40 foot Liberty he was rebuilding / repurposing,and did not want/need the OTR items, i bought all he had removed, got lots more than a fan.
My coach is a 95 Marathon with Prevost OTR, lots of these parts are no longer available, but they are still out there.
