Fancoil
I noticed a small fancoil above the water tank . It has hot water lines running to it. I’ve never heard anyone talking about having a fancoil in their plumbing bay. Any ideas where the control for it would be located.

It will be the heat exchanger when the webasto is on it shares the thermostat that the electric heat gun uses , the thermostat is in the bay with the water pump
it will come on when going down the road as long as the two valves are open ,or when parked as long as when you are parked the webasto is on and the valves are open and the engine pre heat valve is open , the engine pre heat only needs to be open if you are parked and webasto is on and you want it to heat the bay, it gets hot when engine is running from the coolant in motor , when parked you need to open engine pre heat valve and the other two valves , the two valves that are open when going down the road will also heat the hot water , I shut those two valves off in the summer time and open them in the colder months one is in the engine bay and the other in the webasto bay along with the engine pre heat valve -

I have not gave it a try yet but I will. The Wabasto works good but I have not looked to see if the valves are opened. I will be willin to bet they are closed.. I will let you know what I find. Thank you for the information!!

Our heat exchanger started leaking about five years ago, so I shut those two valves off. Does anyone have the source for a new one?
