  • Bus Air Flex hoses

Posted by Robert on August 27, 2014 at 4:20 pm

If some fittings have a small leak like between the 90 and the flex hose end, and the fitting is not tight can they just be wrenched tighter to stop the leaks? 94 i think were flare still but not sure are there o rings?

    Yes.

I have had a couple of fittings loose. I found them when I noticed a small amount of dirty oil stain show up around them. Tightening them made the problem go away.

Thanks Jon, do you know where the air filters are hidden for the bus air midship?

Which air filters? Cruiseair or OTR.

The OTR filters are generally in the evaporator bay, over the top of the bay. They slide out. But don’t accept that as a 100% certainty. My first coach had them accessible under the seat in the dinette.

Cruiseair filters can be anywhere, and that just depends on where the evaporators are located on your particular floor plan. I have just had to remove panels and do some searching on my coaches to locate all of them.
