Air Door Lock Activated Help!!
Our air door lock was accidentally activated last night and we are unable to open the door. Our aux air is empty, any advice on how to get this opened?

Assuming you are locked in. Start bus to build air pressure then re lock air lock and then unlock deadbolt. Use deadbolt or airlock in the future, not both.

I have actually been locked OUT of my coach with the airlock! One of the little ones was playing with switches and locked the airlock while there was no pressure on system. Then I needed to raise airbags for some work I was doing and used the rear emergency port with my air compressor. Tried to get in door and was locked out!

Rick I hope my idea doesn’t confuse you, can you open up wire door on drivers side locate wires for air lock switch and power up one or other with a jumper along with air,should switch valve to release.

You can also try shutting off the 24V power switch in the engine compartment. That killed the power to the air lock on our previous coach. I haven’t tried it on this one yet.

I guess I’m missing something? No aux air = no air lock, at least that’s how it works on our bus.
A common cause of being locked in or out is a door handle failure. Do a search here. One search I can think of is “Dorman 760-5206”. -
We were locked out of our Country Coach with the motor running. I took off the top of one of our fans, lowered my daughter inside and she pushed the air lock button.
