Posted by Chip & Pam on June 30, 2014 at 8:54 pm
    hello PC folks

i have a quick one concerning lights. i m looking for a distributor/seller for the Sunmullian switches i have on my 98 CC. i have some bulbs that are down to one working LED (they are now red). its time we get all of the switches back to 100%.

oh, does anyone know where i may get repacement ceiling light covers (the brass looking plastic ones)? i need to fix a couple in the dinning area and the bedroom.

    thanks

As said before check with Miles Circo. He bought all these parts from Country Coach.

Grab the black outer button and pull straight out and the label and the led part will come out of the socket.

Get some dielectric spray cleaner from Radio Shack and clean the three little holes in the bottom of the button.

Don’t spray it in the switch that you pulled the led out of.

Some times these are not burnt out but losing contact with the tiny pins inside the switch. That is what makes them turn red. Losing gound or something.

Over time they will build up corrosion or develop a film on the pins and in the contact holes in the led itself.

When you pull the led (the white part) out of the cover be careful not to lose the typed label inside the cover.

    Good luck.
