    Solenoid Replacement

    I need to order a new Solenoid that feeds my regulator for the house alternator. The solenoid has 4 poles, but it does not give any part number. How many amps should it be rated? Thanks.

    As long as you know the amperage you need Napa Auto parts that’s a common solenoid 2 little post are for controls off/on switch , positive and negative to switch and 2 large is to batt and alternator
