Hi Folks,

Does anyone know if MotoSat is still in business?

If not any idea where one can source parts. Specifically a nomad SD 2 controller.

Website is still active, although it indicates they’ve moved.

No one answers the phone at MotoSat. They have apparently been “moving” for some time.

They do not return mails either.

Wow, I had same. No response on telephone. Website is “new” but there is very little content. It seems like they’ve been sold? No clue.

Edit: Looks like they’ve gone through a bankruptcy or restructuring.

Check the post by Bill Adams near the bottom of the page. Evidently the new website is their new company, but it doesn’t sound good.

As a follow up: The good news is that they are (back?) in business.

They apparently had some problems with corporate issues, but are now doing business

under the MoSat Systems name. You may still have some difficulty getting in touch with them, but that

should be corrected.

Both MoSat and MotoSat are out of business. Support for the DataStorm unit is available but parts will become a problem down the road.
