    Looking for shop to do Detroit Work

    Hi everyone,

    I’m looking to get some work done on my 1996 XL DD Series 60, specifically running the overhead and changing the diamond or thrust seal. Ideally, I’d like to find a shop in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas.

    Prevost won’t do this type of work on a DD, so I’m seeking recommendations for other shops. I’m willing to drive a bit for a good one. If you have any recommendations or experiences with engine work, please share.

    Currently, I’m in Florida and will be heading to Texas at the end of the month. If you know of any highly recommended shops in Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, or Alabama, please let me know as I might be able to make it work.
