I know, I know, y’all are off to Florida, Louisiana, Texas, Arizona, etc…………..but we just returned from snowmobiling three weeks in the Snowy Range of Wyoming.
The bus kept us nice and cozy, and the Redhead didn’t have to worry about sunburn!

Would also give your set up a double take going down the road.
I think the bus owner should of loaded a golf cart.

Cool pictures, Dan. Looks like you were’nt running the Webasto as there is no sooty area of melted snow near the exhaust. How did you stay warm?

You have a sharp eye Bryan, the igniter on the webasto went TU. We have electric toe heaters salon and br, for back up, kept the bays warm with a couple of electric heaters. We were just fine down to 0 degrees a couple of nights.
On the way home we slid down to Frederick Co to TransWest RV, in a couple of hours they diagnosed the igniter and replaced it. She now soots up snow just fine!

Dan, I had a CC XL40. We do a lot of ski trips where Webasto is the only way to stay warm. After a few days parked in the same place we were embarrased by the sooty calling card left behind. It was my son’s job to cover it up with fresh snow while I hooked up the toad. The webasto exhaust is so hot it melts the snow within 5 feet of the exhaust pipe in all directions.

Dan: Why didn’t you tell us that Colt & Melissa joined you snowmobiling in Wyoming? Was it a mini-NoRally?
Looks like they flew into Minnesota and rented the car and the snow machine. Did they have the dogs with them?

Ha, I’m pretty sure Melissa is waaaay too classy to be caught in that outfit…………………..jury’s still out on Colt tho!
I’m guessing Colt has more invested in Zero than that whole outfit is worth(-;

I hate to pick on people from Minnesota but my passenger snapped a pix of this fridge going down the road at 60 mph with what appeared to be a rubber strap holding it on!

If the photos do anything, they kind of confirm that those who want to leave a nice warm home and actually go out and play in the snow might not have their thinking cap on straight. (Except Dan and the Redhead of course.)
There was a time when at midnight we would still be running the snow trails on our 3 wheeled Honda ATVs with back packs on carrying wine and wine glasses for when we took breaks. As I look back on those episodes I realized we were about a half bubble off level. At the time it seemed like fun, but then we grew up.
BTW, when it is sub zero temps, and you pop the cork on the wine, the liquid that ends up in your wine glass and ultimately your belly is almost pure alcohol because whatever else is in the wine bottle is frozen to the sides of the bottle. It is amazing how quick you can get a buzz on from a small glass of “wine”. Or two. Maybe three……
