Chuck,
Unless you are coming to I-75 via I-40 from the east there isn’t much. If you do come I-40, exit 407, head south and there are a few decent RV parks but they are a ways off of I-40. Other than that the options are few and far between such as The Pilot at exit 398 on I-40 or at the KY rest area just as you enter KY from TN.

Caney Creek RV Resort is west of Knoxville on I-40 near Kingston/Harriman. They have some easy pull through sites. They are about 20 miles west of the I-75/I-40 interchange including 4 miles of easy not interstate. It is not a cheap stop, but it is gated and right on the lake. If your are strictly on I-75 it would be 40 miles out of your way.

Of course, also a ways off I-75 is East Tennessee Country Club Spa and Resort in Vonore. It is nice for dry parking lot camping, plus you can get your oil changed for a reasonable price.

All of your recommendations are appreciated; I will have to do a review of the Spa and Resort

We are at the East TN Luxury Spa and Resort tonight, just made cocktails…… the Spa water is perfect!
We’ll head out tomorrow!

Mark, that wasn’t spa water, it was my grey water running under your bus with Marathon soap suds.

Are all of these overnight/camping spots posted on the PC Forum Map?
