Parking in Colorado Springs?

C-Bus, Jim or Chris do you know of a place in, or around Colorado Springs that we can fit? Saw several who say Big Rigs welcome, but camper comments give the place a one and say it is too tight to get in. One shows a Prevost H in their advertisement, but the place is empty, so it looks like it has a lot of space. According to the comments, it is really tight and limited electricity.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

we just stayed at the Koa. Nothing fancy but we fit

KOA south of the Springs off I-25 I beleive exity 132, big rig friendly but never stayed to confirm.

We’ve s tayed at Garden of the Gods RV Park in Manitou. Marathon later had a rally there. Haven’t been there with bus, just an airstream. KOA mentioned by fogsrv is an option. There is one in Monument, north side of the Springs called Colorado Heights Camping a Resort. Some humongous fifth wheels were in there during our airstream rally that year 2015.

The Garden of the gods RV park can be a bit tight when they’re busy. I believe they have 5 or 6 sites big enough for a Prevost.

We’ve stayed at the KOA and it was very tight but doable.

We also stayed at the Cheyenne Mountain State Park. We had a long pull thru, parallel to the road and the view was fantastic. We got there early in the a.m. to get a spot.
