where to stay?
One of our kids/grandkids have moved to York,Pa….anyone know of a place for us to take the coach for a week or more?

Rodger, areyou asking a places to see question? If so, York doesn’t have much more than the Harley Davidson final assembly plant and museum. But close you have Gettysburg, PA Dutch country in and around Lancaster, Philly, and even DC and Baltimore.

Thanx Gil, I guess I was “murky”, we are looking for a place to park for at least a week, seeing the Kids/Grandkids will be enough “activity” but thanks for your input. I see on the map that there is a lot to do in the close at hand.

On the way home from Philly last month we stayed four nights at the subject KOA. One cautionary note, take the approach from US 30 to PA 441 to Turnpike Road. Coming through Elizabethtown there is a 13’2″ clearance railroad bridge. We are also told there will be roadwork this summer on the other bridge closest to the one on High Street that has a 13′ 6″ clearance. That one is an old arch stone bridge so it is possible to take the center of the road and get beneath it without damage.
