Nice Place Near Mall of America
Hey Guys,
As we wind our way back home… looking for a nicer spot to spend a couple of nights near mall of America? Right now we have reservations at Town and Country RV park in Savage. This is turning into a homecoming of sorts and a bunch of my clients and friends in the twin cities want to welcome us back to the lower 48…. just wondering if anyone has any experiece at town and county or anywhere else in the twin cities…

Go to Dakotah Meadows at the Mystic Lake casino. It is FAR nicer and all paved. It is a couple of miles more to drive to the mall, but a much nicer park. No mud or gravel like at Town & Country. We have stayed at both and much prefer Dakotah Meadows.

Glad to help. We stayed at the other place last year. Gravel roads and sites. It rained before we got there and while we were there and there was a lot of mud around. It would also be somewhat dusty if it was dry.
Hope you have a good time. We are going there the end of August for a Boston concert at the casino and then heading out to Yellowstone for a few days.

We just left Yellowstone… it was amazing but as crowed as any National Park we have been in. This week we are in Medora, ND at Theodore Roosevelt NP and just went to the Medora Musical and Dinner and it was amazing… and a lot less crowed… Off to Mt. Rushmore tomorrow and should have lots of biker friends on the cusp of Sturgis… but what are you going to do…
