Hang in there Mike, we are on our way in a month or so. In the meantime keep that less than 10 year old coach polished.

Bill, are you saying two coaches old enough to legally buy a drink are going to be allowed in? We need to send photos to resorts with the 10 year rule.

Jon, eventhough my coach is old enough to leagally inbibe, it’s really a light drinker. It sips fuel and just a little oil. I don’t brag about it because you all would be jealous. But, in fact on my last trip of 4200 miles my toad only used 17 gallons of gas..

Was Jean pushing it to save fuel?

I keep telling Karen that if she helps wax BoB (the Big ol’ Bus), we’ll add another half mile to our fuel mileage simply by cutting the surface drag…she ain’t buyin’ it though. And she flat refuses to push – no matter what!!

    Uh, Bill:

You said ” But, in fact on my last trip of 4200 miles my toad only used 17 gallons of gas.”

Why did your TOAD use any gas?

247 MPG is good mileage for a toad considering it is having to push that heavy bus.

Safe travels, see you at snot ball fest.

Fred, you mean that isn’t how you guys figure fuel mileage. I didn’t know that. I never check the coach. I just use my majic fuel card and go on down the road. I always thought Jon took care of that. You know part of my dues.

Dues? You mean you been paying dues?

Tom must be holding out on me because he says nobody pays dues. Yet he just built a new house, he bought his bride of 50 years a new Jeep, and here I am living in the woods of TN having to grow my own food.

I am going to have to look into this.
