Lobster Run Rally
Please join us for the Lobster Run Rally
When: Thursday, September 5th through Sunday September 8th 2013.
Where: Pumpkin Patch RV Resort, 149 Billings Road, Hermon, Maine. Telephone: (207)848-2231 or 1-866-644-2267.Let them know that you are with the Prevost Community Rally. The rally rate is $24.00 daily plus taxes.
You can come early and stay longer and the resort does accept Passport America.
We will list plenty of things for you to see and do in the area.
The resort will set up two spaces so that two coaches will face each other and this will be our gathering place with a nightly campfire. We will have free use of their activity building should we have inclement weather which includes a full kitchen.
Itinery:
Thursday September 5th @ 6pm. Wine tasting and cheese social.
We will ask for 5 silent participants to join us in this informal wine tasting. Please let us know if you’d like to participate prior to the rally. We would ask that the volunteers bring 4 bottles of their favorite wine. Each wine will be covered so that the label is hidden. Guests will taste and vote for the wine they preferred. The preferred participant and wine will be announced at Fridays gathering.
Friday September 6th @ 5pm. Lobster Bake.
Do your own thing until 5pm. Lobster prices will be based on dock prices and announced 2 weeks before rally. They will average 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lbs in size. We will need to know how many you will want by Thursday August 29th, 2013. Meet for lobster bake at 5pm. Lobsters will be cooked on outside fire, weather permitting. Fresh in season Corn on the Cob, butter, and seasonings will be provided. Bring your own additional food items and any beverages. You will need to bring your own lobster picks and crackers with you.
Saturday September 7th @ 7pm.
Do your own thing until 7pm. Gather at campfire for social time. Bring your own beverages.
Sunday September 8th @ 7-9am. Bagel Central Bagels.
Say your goodbyes with Bagel Central Bagels and cream cheese. Best Bagels you will ever have, made fresh that morning from a local eatery.

We are in. Long trip, but there is nothing better than Maine lobster. We will be bringing an empty freezer.
That is a really pleasant time to visit Maine.

Megan We’re glad you want to bring some wine. Just to be clear( not sure we were before) we ask that you bring 4 bottles of the same kind of wine. So far we have 5 coaches with 2 people per coach.
