Anybody planning to attend either of these? Or if you have been there in the past, any comments?

We went Arcadia in Dec 2009 and enjoyed it very much. Good opportunity to mix with a lot of knowledgeable bus folks. Would love to go back again but just don’t have the time this year. The Southeast Busnuts will be there and hold a meeting during this rally. Southeast Busnuts is an FMCA chapter that we are members of.

People there from at least 6 of the major bus boards. Should be over 100 coaches. Close to home Arcadia that is. Have not been to Quartzsite is a goal but is a long drive. Bob

Too bad you can’t make it Tom, would love to meet you and see what you have done with your bus since we looked at it last Thanksgiving.

We plan to beat Quartzsite 1/19 – 1/25. We will be lending a helping hand at the Baptist Church. The flea market at Quartzsite is something to see. Hundreds of vendors selling anything from A to Z in a number of markets. You can’t see all in a day. The best maybe the Mid-Way. Expect a lot of dirt and hard to find parking for the toad plus backed up traffic. No nice paved RV Resorts. The RV show has the largest tent we have ever seen. Come join the crowd and fun. For many once is enough.

Hmm, dust and generator doesn’t seem like a fun place to be. I know my gen is like a giant dust fan and I avoid those places like the plague. Woud like to visit one time, is paved parking even doable?

This is about the best park in Q, and there is always Yuma (42 miles south) and Parker (35 miles north).
